Student Tactics and Habits
My name is Alfred, and this is my Break It Down Course. Throughout this course, you will be learning movement drills, student tactics, and self-reflection. It's my job to get you to understand what your strengths are as a student, so you can take those into your other ventures.
This class is for all levels. Whether you've been dancing for a decade or last month, everything within this program is suitable for all levels - getting comfortable with your own body and mind.
This course is designed to provide you with advice on the path you take, to build a relationship with your body.
The biggest thing you'll get out of this course is self-accountability. You can sign up for as many programs as you can, but if you're not actively learning and be attentive, you're not getting the most out of the energy and the time you're putting into what you're learning.
