Choreography: Style and Composition
My name is Sam, and this is my Break It Down Course. Throughout this course, you will be learning a piece I made, along with some dance exercises that focus on artistic expression. The goal of this course to allow you to find confidence in how you express yourself as an artist.
This class is for all levels. Whether you've been dancing for a decade or last month, everything within this program is suitable for all levels - getting comfortable with your own body and mind.
This course is designed to provide you with information that will make you think and feel how an artist thinks, and being mindful of what our bodies are doing within the process.
